HAWK 4 AT MIRAMAR AIR SHOW

The Hawk 4 Homeland Defender Gyroplane attracted the attention of many of the estimated half million plus attendees at this year's annual MCAS (Marine Corps Air Station) Miramar Air Show, including members of the Blue Angels along with Sheriff's Dept. representatives. Following our appearance at Miramar, the Hawk 4 flew familiarization flights and flight demonstrations for two days at the nearby Ramona airport. Officials from the U.S. Border Patrol, Ventura County and Orange County Sheriff's departments along with the head of the Ecuadorian Army Aviation and the chief pilot for the Ecuadorian National Police took the opportunity to fly in the Hawk 4. Enthusiasm about the Hawk's performance was high with many favorable comments. Authorized GBA Dealers, GBA Gyroplanes of San Diego and San Jose, attended along with local GBA stockholders and aviation enthusiasts. Media representatives were also on hand including San Diego's Channel 10, KGTV who featured the Hawk 4 in their evening newscasts.
